- TCTherese CameronAug 17, 20245.0When I arrived at the airport in honolulu it was early so I couldn’t buy a sim card. I was solo traveling as a 20 year old girl so I was quite nervous! I was trying to find the bus stop however could not find it without maps on my phone. I approached Ernie, an employee at this company and she treated me with such kindness that I will never forget. Not only did she tell me where the bus was but she gave me her own money to catch the bus as you need to have the exact amount to get on it. This women is truely one of the kindest people I have ever met and she deserves everything good in this world.

- KKKendriaAug 26, 20221.0Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with this company when arriving to Honolulu for the lei greeting and round trip transportation. Very unorganized, they do not give you all the details and you have to hunt them down in order to figure out what's happening. On a positive note, I did enjoy meeting the woman who greeted us at the airport with our lei and our driver was kind. Do keep in mind though that you may not be the only person they are meeting at the airport. Therefore, there's a lot of waiting around and it took us about an hour after we received our luggage to finally leave. This can be frustrating, especially after a long flight. I personally will not recommend them. Save your money on the lei greeting. It's easy to find a fresh lei on the island that you can buy and just hire a Uber. It's essentially the same price as hiring this company.
