  Our company, Team Lally, suffered a major financial loss due to Maunakea Integrated Solutions’ failure to properly handle our copier lease transition and their complete refusal to take accountability. In October 2013, we entered into a 60-month lease agreement (Contract #401-1399421-001) with Marlin Leasing Services for a Sharp Copier MX2300N. The lease officially ended in October 2018, meaning all contractual obligations should have been completed by that time. At the time of our copier transition, Maunakea Integrated Solutions was responsible for handling the lease return and ensuring the contract was properly terminated. Their responsibilities included: -Facilitating the return or disposal of the leased copier. -Ensuring that Marlin Leasing Services acknowledged the return and closed the account. -Preventing any further charges from being billed to us after the lease ended. However, Maunakea completely failed to execute these responsibilities, resulting in nearly six years of unauthorized ACH withdrawals from our business account. - Despite our lease ending in 2018, Marlin Leasing Services continued billing us monthly from November 2018 through August 2024—totaling $7,595.26 in unauthorized charges. - Maunakea Integrated Solutions never provided documentation proving that the lease was officially terminated. - They failed to confirm that the equipment was properly returned, which allowed Marlin Leasing Services to keep charging us. - Their lack of action enabled Marlin Leasing Services to continue profiting from an expired lease. When we discovered the unauthorized charges, we immediately reached out to Maunakea Integrated Solutions to request proof that they had: Properly processed the lease termination in 2018. Received confirmation from Marlin Leasing Services that the contract had ended. Take any steps to prevent further charges. Instead of addressing their clear negligence, Maunakea completely ignored our emails and phone calls. They refused to provide any documentation or assist us in securing a refund from Marlin Leasing Services. Because of Maunakea Integrated Solutions’ incompetence, we lost over $7,500 in unauthorized charges. Their refusal to acknowledge their mistakes or take any corrective action is unacceptable. Businesses should avoid Maunakea Integrated Solutions at all costs—do not trust them to properly manage your equipment leases. If you are considering working with Maunakea Integrated Solutions, think twice. Their lack of accountability could cost you thousands.
