- TBTom BaileyMar 1, 20231.0I have an emergency delivery and the address had to be changed. Phone number to call is an 800 eastern time zone. All I get is voice response telling me my package is not yet scheduled to be delivered so too bad about my luck. And the office is closed. No it isn't, not in Hawaii. But no other options were available.
- JLJoshua LeeNov 6, 20151.0very disappoint of quality of service. I got booked for passport interview today , but when I showed up at office, reservation is cancelled without notice and office lady is very unfriendly. I was surprised how unprofessional mindset they have.
