I have a passport from the mainlands, and a new one which was taken by him, side by side you can pretty much see that his looks incredibly more blurrier. We had to go to him twice because the first was even more blurrier that it couldn't be accepted as valid. IF YOU EVER GO TO THIS USPS PLEASE GET YOUR PHOTO TAKEN SOMEWHERE ELSE. HAVING A BAD PHOTO ON YOUR PASSPORT BOOK/CARD FOR YEARS BEFORE EXPIRATION REALLY SUCKS, SO PLEASE HEED MY ADVICE 👍
