The staff there were extremely helpful, patient, and professional. They quickly assisted me in reprinting my label, made sure my package was properly processed, and answered all my questions. Their friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend this location for anyone shipping packages in Hilo!
