- MMMikalaNov 23, 20171.0I’ve had my P O Box for over 5 years and I pay for my box annually in FULL and I am never late. I’m not able to check my box everyday and by the time I come home from work the POST OFFICE IS CLOSED! Just today I went to check my box and there was a YELLOW CARD inside of my box saying it was full and I need to pick up my mail WHEN THE POST OFFICE IS OPEN!!!! I finish work at 5:30pm and the post office hours are 8:30am- 3:00pm. So how I’m I supposed to be able to get my MAIL????? There are LOCKERS and I have had a key left in my box many times to retrieve my mail..... So WHY is it that THE WORKERS AT THE HAUULA POST OFFICE DON’T PUT MY MAIL IN THE LOCKER BOX WHEN MY P.O. BOX IS FULL AND LEAVE THE KEY IN MY BOX??????????? I WANT TO KNOW WHY IS IT A PROBLEM because almost everyone uses EMAIL now!!! This has happened several times and I have had to take time off of work to pick up my mail! WHO DO I NEED TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM WITH????? THIS IS EXECRABLE SERVICE THAT SHOULD BE ACKNOWLEDGE AT THE HAUULA POST OFFICE AND ALL EMPLOYEES!!!
