- KTKalani TolentinoAug 27, 20191.0Marina is SOOOO rude. I go to this one on my way to work sometimes. Every time I go in there she is just astonishingly angry. I continually go in there giving her the benefit of the doubt thinking to myself “maybe she’s having a bad day” and every time it’s the same horrible customer service. Today she told me I needed to send my package from another post office because that’s where my return address is. I told her I was sorry and I’ve never heard of that. She said “I’m doing the work and they’re getting the credit” so it sounds like a marina policy, not a usps policy. I’ve never made a bad review or took the time to do so before. But the way I leave feeling EVERYTIME I go to that post office is not okay. Something needs to be done.
