She is always there and has a trick or tip for whatever you're mailing. After getting the 'Oh honey' look and slow shaking of her head, she ensures your mail is done right to get where you want it. I sent my passport renewal a while back and she walked me through everything to make sure I had it all and properly filled out including getting a tracking number and how to use it to hold the passport office accountable. Today I sent in my vehicle registration renewal but was out of checks. They do money orders which I've never used (pfft, millennials). She helped me get it right and made recommendations for how to make it near DMV fool-proof.
