As a veteran of US Armed forces I ask myself what happened to our old postal service who was able to monitor, deliver and be conscious about own responsibility to serve our service members in combat situations ???? Beside the value is also the emotional los, especially during these times when we can't be together with our beloved ones. I am not going to set this matter to rest until will get clarified. Completely disappointing and unprofesional !!!
