- JTJohn TellsMay 11, 20222.0Because of the road repair that's happening by my home, USPS can't deliver my mail from 5/10 - 5/12 2022. I've been trying to call the post office from Monday trying to see if they could hold my packages for me to pick up instead. It's already Thursday and can't get thru to anyone working there. And I've tried about 4-5 times calling with no answer. I'm afraid that my packages will be returned to sender because they can't be delivered. This isn't the first time I've dealt with this type of problem from this post office. I've visited this post office and the service wasn't so great. I felt the customer service was reeeeally slow with only one window open to help with customers. I stood in line for over 25 mins just trying to buy stamps. And 40 mins another time picking up a certified mail. I understand the situation about the road repairs that are going on, but they need to answer the phone's to help with questions and mailing issues. If they are under staffed maybe get more people there to help.
