The lady had me write the address we were sending to on tape which I thought was odd and downplayed how necessary insurance could be. They proceeded to lose my packages and after putting in multiple lost package forms nothing was ever found. Now I lost a bunch of my precious possessions and wasted $200 plus dollars with no options for getting some kind of refund of compensation. I will NEVER use usps again and will recommend that my friends and family don’t either. Useless.
