One guy was just asking for help because it wasn't allowing him to schedule an appointment on his phone he even apologized and she just wasn't having it. Even more so instead of asking one of the customers to step aside she she can grab something, she tells her coworker who is helping the customer, "tell him to move". Like just ask him if he can step aside so you can grab something.
