- KKKeli'iMar 20, 20222.0One of the ladies that works here has a real attitude problem. She really needs to rethink working in public service. One guy was just asking for help because it wasn't allowing him to schedule an appointment on his phone he even apologized and she just wasn't having it. Even more so instead of asking one of the customers to step aside she she can grab something, she tells her coworker who is helping the customer, "tell him to move". Like just ask him if he can step aside so you can grab something.

- VSVita SantrucekMay 23, 20161.0Be careful who does your passport. The clerk had an expired USPS badge. The application was returnes 3 weeks later saying that the clerk wasn't authorized to process passport applications. It cost it's a lot of time and money to fix this
