- MMMs MaliaJan 6, 20262.0It’s true, they r less busy than other post offices BUT the workers are NOT friendly or helpful. I came in with a return and was told they would box 📦. I get there and the girl looks at me like I had kooties 🤨 and that my package was going to expose her to the next version of COVID. She says “oh, is this how u r sending it” I say “it’s a return, aren’t u going to box it?” She says “I don’t box things. The tapes over there, u have to buy it and box it your self” all with the same stink face 🤯 😳. I say “nah” and walk out, go to UPS buy tape because why would I give USPS a single penny after that?!?!? Even the UPS guy says that the Aiea post office has a bad rep for being rude and unfriendly. If u have a choice DO NOT go here and DON’T buy something that has a return policy through USPS!!!! Lose money!

As soon as I got called up by the a local lady working she immediately gave me a sour face due to a big box that I had. No greeting just met with resistance. I work in costumer service and boy was this a horrible interaction
