Mel S., the Customer Service Manager promptly reached out to me to help resolve the issue and was also very apologetic. She arranged for another driver, Llyod, who was also very apologetic, to remove our empty bottles and restock us with full ones. In light of this incident, I am glad I got to meet the employees that do offer great customer service. We do love our regular driver, Daniel, and would hope that the company recognizes his excellence as well. Thank you for keeping the communication lines open as we continue to do business with you. Aloha. 10/27/25 (1 Star) Rude delivery driver! He called our office and asked how many bottles we needed. I told him I'd have to check because they left bottles unattended outside of our office on a holiday and we were closed that day. He rudely told me that it was our responsibility to let the office know and it's in our contract. I told him we had a sign on the door stating that we were closed and the bottles should not have been left out as we are a place of business. He still proceeded to tell me it's our responsibility to contact the office. As I was about to let him know that the office does not answer their phones, he hung up on me. Then he shows up a few minutes later, drops one bottle outside our door without attempting to ring our doorbell or knock. I approached his van to talk to him. He looked over at me and then drove off. Never have any of the former drivers been this rude! They may have missed a few deliveries but always came in to remove the empty bottles and replace them with full ones. I do however have his caller ID logged and emailed customer service about the issue. We do not tolerate this kind of unprofessionalism and we may have to look into another company. I hope you guys can fix this or you may be losing more customers than just us.
