The lady who works in this post office is great - always friendly and helpful. The man who was there on Friday however was abrupt and unhelpful and on his phone the entire time he was serving customers. I will avoid this post office if he is working.

Went there with my little one to send a parcel, the shop is very difficult to enter with a pushchair. I struggled but finally got in, inside is also very narrow and crammed with bags and all sorts of big parcels. Accidentally I touched a corner shelf with the pushchair and I was instantly told off by the gentleman who works there. I cause no damage, but I was made to feel awful. Very unhelpful and unpleasant encounter

The man who works there is rude and has terrible customer service. Had a parcel redirected there, went to collect, he couldn't find it. Looked for 30 seconds then said it wasn't there, wouldn't get off the phone to serve me properly. Went back a couple of weeks later as told by customer service that the parcel was definitely scanned in there, same guy. Again looked for about 30 seconds, told me It wasn't there and started serving the next person. I told him it was definitely there as had been scanned in and he couldn't just ignore me! He then grabbed the whole pile of parcels, dumped them on the counter and told me to look myself. Found it straight away...after several weeks waiting and two visits. The lady who works there is always friendly and professional but I wouldn't use it again because of him.

Funny old Post Office, and they tend to close earlier than listed. Went there at 5.30pm yesterday and it was shut (advertised as closing at 6pm). We only used it as it's local to us when we're posting other things, but I think we'll start looking elsewhere as they're unreliable and unpredictable.
