- RGRosie GardnerJul 8, 20261.0Rude manager. Very clearly, doesn’t understand the concept of the word “OR”. If a courier provider emails a customer and states that they can collect their parcel with a QR code OR providing ID it should be acceptable to do either NOT both. However, on a regular basis, he persists in demanding both the QR code and ID. Then claiming this is a “procedure” for post office however at other post office members of staff have been able to scan the QR code and retrieve the parcel without the Unnecessary checks of ID. Save yourself stress and get your parcel delivered somewhere else.
