- AMAfsat MohammedMay 21, 20261.0Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Every time my friends and I go to this post office, most of the staff speak to us with attitude and disrespect, except for one kind lady who is always friendly and professional. The way we are treated because of our skin colour is racist and completely unacceptable. You can genuinely feel the hostility and negative energy the moment you walk in. Instead of being treated like normal paying customers, we are made to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and looked down on every single time. Being threatened that they may stop accepting parcels from us was honestly shocking and upsetting. Nobody should feel anxious or stressed just for going to post a parcel. Very disappointing service and very poor behaviour from staff.

They are also very knowledgable about the best options/prices etc to use when sending a parcel and other post office services. The shop is also a delight & always seems to have what I need somehow!
