- DDDanielSep 13, 20261.0Walked for half an hour to return an Amazon parcel but they'd run out of labels. No apology just come back tomorrow. No thanks. And you wonder why Post Office counters are closing. Never again.
- OCOlivia ClintonSep 2, 20261.0I was waiting in the queue for 25 minutes along with other people and we was forced out so rudely due to it being busy and not being able to see us in time. The queue barely moved and she refused to help
- OSOliver SmithAug 1, 20261.0Very friendly and helpful staff, just very slow. Always a queue and only ever one person dealing with the post office, they need to have more staff to offer a faster smoother service for the customers.
- DJDebbie JealJun 5, 20245.0Whenever I go into Roffey Post Office the Gentleman serving is an absolute delight. An Older customer was in front of me and the care and respect that he gave to him them me was outstanding. Thank you
