- MCMark CreedyApr 9, 20261.0I carted two parcels to this post office to be told that they were too large and they would not take them. I was informed that I had to take them to the main post office a few miles away. I knew this was incorrect yet he argued with me. I then took them to the West Hoathly who took them without any issues at all and who also confirmed that ANY post office should take them. West Hoathly has 5* reviews so maybe Lindfield could learn a thing or two!

To witch I was told to not bring the parcels back here if I don't purchase his label why would he take something he gets no money for! I don't understand why this is a drop off location when you are greeted like this. the man was very rude in front of customers and his service was incredibly poor! I would not recommended this shop to anyone. They have no customer service no respect and don't deserve the support of the local village!
