This post office refused to accept the parcel - despite it being within ParcelForce Terms and Conditions with The Post Office. This post office told me to contact ParcelForce who would deliver to my home address. I then found that Standard ParcelForce policy is to return a refused parcel to the sender. My parcel was returned to sender. Caused me a lot of hassle with ParcelForce and the sender, and took 3 weeks to get a refund from the sender. Avoid this post office - very unhelpful and unapologetic.
