Post office is never open, ignore the opening hours on here. Morrison’s cut all the staff’s hours so only one person is trained on post office. That person is rarely there. I feel sorry for the people who work there, but from a customer perspective it really is the most frustratingly useless service. I have had parcels returned before I could collect them, despite visiting many times. Avoid if you can.

Worst post office in existence. Open so rarely that if you are unfortunate enough to need to collect a package from it you'll be lucky to be able to get it before it's returned to sender.
Packages are held hostage until the one member of staff that is trained to do the post office happens to be in with no set hours or planning.

Never open. There is only one staff member who is 'trained' to do the post office so it's often closed even when they claim they're open. They refuse to change the opening times to accurately reflect their ability (or inability) to run the service

The other reviews are true - the staff are rude and abrupt, but the main issue here is IF YOU ARE GETTING ITEMS DELIVERED HERE - NOTE THAT THE OPENING HOURS DO NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL HOURS YOU CAN COLLECT YOUR ITEMS. I went to collect a package needed that day, well within the hours shown, and the guy casually shrugged his shoulders and said, yeah, the hours aren't as on the website, the office there closes at 3.30pm, and I can't get in that office [10 feet away] to be helpful and give you your package. Of course any competent business would either contact both Amazon and the Royal Mail people to tell them this and/ or leave a key to that office. But seemingly this is beyond their ability to work out...
