First I tried to collect an item, the woman at the counter wouldn’t even let me speak to explain I had the confirmation on my phone. Sent me home to get my ID to later tell me I didn’t need it. Second time I went to collect a parcel. The trained post office staff weren’t in, I didn’t realise you needed training to read a name on a parcel, but okay. Then when the person was in, didn’t even bother to look for my parcel just told me it wasn’t there. And then today, I went to return a parcel and was told there was no room to leave it, despite a collection happening in an hour. They couldn’t have just held onto my parcel for an hour? It’s always the same lady, unfortunately do not know her name, but she’s grumpy rude and unhelpful.
