First time a staff member was about to go on his break but he saw I had a parcel in my hand so he served me first and then left. Second time I had a large parcel to pick up and a kind female staff member helped carry my parcel to my car. Great service.

Never open on advertised hours and when I tried to post a package was told I had to take it to another PO as they had problems with their carriers and would not even take it to hold for following day. Has gone to rock bottom since refurb. If you can go somewhere else i do it ts chaos.
