If I could give less stars I would . Absolutly 0 customer care here now getting rid of crawley post office was the biggest mistake . The 2/3 people who work here just do not care whatsoever a cue of 30 odd people waiting patiently to polite to say anything for 40 odd minutes because the guy behind the counter cannot be bothered to work at more than a snails pace just looking up occasionally and getting shirty with people . Because they are notably frustrated . Never had a lack of customer care this bad honestly . I won't be coming back here in future . Which is probably the intent by the lack of training and care .

Sadly the queues are often very long with a long turn around.
It means they're giving you the best service when you're in front of them but they don't employ enough staff and the automated self service machines are frequently out of service.

I'm giving a Bad review due to the pure bone idol lazy staff can't be bothered to do passports and lie about bank deposits not working with banks .when I visited other branches they actually do bank deposits and are more polite and helpful this post office branch in town has gone downhill since it moved to county mall

I booked a T24 parcel and they gave a reference number and said I can track this with parcelforce.com. And now I am unable to track the item. I tried RM, PF, universal tracker, everything. I understood now that if I really wanna track my parcel, I should go post office again and ask for the Tracking ID. What kind of service is this? They could easily take a contact number or email and send the tracking ID. This is utter waste of time and money along with miscommunication.
