  Excellent location with plenty of parking spaces. Polite and friendly customer service. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes, even though there is only one customer service point. When I write this review, this post office also handles DPD and Evri. 5 stars without a doubt!

  I regularly visit the Post Office at County Oak (inside Hobbycraft), and every time the service has been outstanding. My wife and I are always impressed by how efficient, friendly, and professional the team is. In particular, Reeza consistently provides exceptional customer service — always polite, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled smoothly. It’s rare to find such a high standard of service these days, and it’s truly appreciated. Thank you for always making our visits a pleasant experience

  I would like to share some very positive feedback about Reeza at the County Oak Post Office in Crawley. Reeza consistently provides outstanding customer service. They are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. Their efficiency and attention to detail are excellent, and they go above and beyond to ensure customers are well looked after. It’s clear that Reeza takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about helping people. Staff members like Reeza make a real difference and are a credit to the Post Office.   Was thinking it was convenient to use this post office then do some shopping after but wasted 30 min (I was the only customer) and after all this I got frustrated and had to leave and drive to RM Crawley before they close and had no shipping done because of the staff who were so incompetent! RM scanned my QR codes, labeled my parcels and it was all done in 3 seconds. This new PO based inside the hobby craft store have the shop assistants serving you and they have no clue about simple procedures. I had pre paid parcels to send and all they had to do was scant my QR codes. It was no technical issue, the issue was, the staff were not trained and had no clue about anything at all.
