- RHRichard HDec 12, 20231.0I entered the Bewbush post office within Martin's at 18:31. I was refused service by the postal worker who said they close at 18:30. I found this to be untrue as the post office branch website states closure at 19:30. I then made sure I went to the Bewbush post office before 18:30 the following evening and arrived at 18:12. I spoke to the female postal worker and she said she's packing up and closed for the day. She said she can leave anytime she wants. What gives her the right to close the post office whenever she feels like it and totally disregard the closing times published on the post office website (19:30) and also another made up written board with a closing time of 18:30 within the post office. She was also very rude in her demeanour and behaviour, talking down to me as if I was an idiot. I feel this postal worker is very unprofessional in the way she communicates to customers and its ridiculous she gets to close the post office whenever she wants, totally disregarding the closure times.
