One customer at the counter one behind her. No customers anywhere near the entrance or the tills. I was “asked” by the staff member in a very direct manner to step outside and wait. No reason other than I was “blocking the entrance” (from nobody). It was extremely cold outside so I requested that I be able to stay inside. I would of course have moved out of the way had somebody entered or a crowd built up. No, the woman behind the counter wasn’t having it and I was again asked to step outside which I did…never to return. In the 2 years since my last visit they have learned nothing about Customer Services there. Back to Parklands where they are unfailingly courteous (and always open when they say they are).
