The Royal Mail website makes it clear what services they offer, I think it is unfair for this branch to be criticised for people who can’t use the internet.

I understand that the Covid can cause a lot of problems and delays with the deliveries but it was getting towards a time when I should’ve been received news or some sort of notification about my parcel but I didn’t. It was around 1 or 2pm when I phoned them asking about it, the lady seems lovely but her response wasn’t fitting for me, she explained that “there wasn’t a parcel for me” however on track and trace it showed that it was at summersdale post office.
