I got into the branch and the lady at the cashier asked for my Id without knowing which service I wanted. After a few moments I explained that I came to the branch to collect my parcel which o have received a confirmation by email that it was already been delivered. Unfortunately she said to me that the parcel wasn’t there. So I have opened the app and showed her the proof of delivery. She insisted once again without checking on the system that the parcel wasn’t there claiming that the postman did not appeared even tho I’ve shown the picture with the proof. Unfortunately I took the initiative and asked her to go over the parcels over the balcony which the picture matched and got the parcel. Overall it was very stressful situation also they lack organisation within their members of staff.

I don't even think this post office deserves one star but there doesn't seem to be a no star option, for a busy post office it is grossly understaffed stupid long queues parcels and travel money all mixed together .absolute shambles . Why are they all shutting down ? Take a look at this one and there is your answer . . Avoid if you can or take a coffee and sandwich for the wait .

Today I was assisted by the young gentleman on the Business/Travel desk. Appalling customer service, felt patronised by the service and will not be returning. To be honest I should have foreseen this from the manor in which he spoke to the customer in front of me. Will not be returning. This poor service is evidently a common theme from him.
