They aren't knowledgeable about postal services, and quite frankly, if I could rate them 0 I would! Customer service there is non existent! They make you feel uncomfortable and will refuse parcels that are posted after 5pm, even though you have been in the queue for thirty minutes! Despite a queue forming, they didn't get any other members of staff to help - A snail could serve faster! If there was somewhere else to post parcels in Billingshurst, I would certainly not return!
