I knew postage had gone up so didn't question, and assumed post mistress would be able to count, but have just checked and I should have been charged £4 I believe, not worth the petrol to return so put the £1.75 in charity box please!

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
