The man working at the counter seemed to want me to leave before he had sealed the item in its return packaging, which I was reluctant to do. He then got shirty when I took a photo of my item at the counter - my only evidence that I’d sent the correct thing in case of any issues later. Rude.
- HHHelenSep 13, 20262.0I actively avoid using West Kirby Post Office because, unfortunately, the attitude of some of the staff makes the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. Customer service can be extremely rude and unhelpful, which is disappointing for a local post office. Newton Post Office is a completely different experience. The staff are friendly, polite and genuinely helpful. I’m more than happy to travel a little further to use Newton rather than put up with the attitude at West Kirby. I would highly recommend Newton Post Office.
