- SBShana BiesmansSep 4, 20261.0Go in to post a small letter parcel to another country and the address is spelled correctly on the letter yet still they manage to spell it wrong because apparently that is how the address is on the system. So they have to peel all the labels off the envelope already ruining it do start over. I then spell it out letter by letter puts it all in manually into the system I take my receipt and once again spelled wrong on the receipt. Loosing time when it should have done right the first time. So of course I walk in annoyed with suddenlt a row of people and I wasn't willing to wait given it was done wrong twice by them and I shouldn't have to wait around when this isn't my fault. For them to just completely ignore me and simply hand me 10 pound refund rather than owning up to the fact they did wrong. Given youre sending parcels and letters out, it's worrying you still can't spell it correctly after pointing it out twice! I've spend fuel getting there and lost my afternoon with my child because I am now to annoyed and stressed to go anywhere. A simple 10 pound refund and replacement envelope isn't going to cut it I'm afraid when I wasted my fuel to get there and you wasted my time twice in return.

I have never come across such a rude arrogant man and I'm still sat working out how 3 large stamps, a book of 12 first class stamps and postage on a parcel I was sending came to £18.90 but I wasn't given a receipt so have no proof to query it with..
