Carol was the voice of sanity in a broken system as I was bounced between ParcelForce and Royal Mail for over a week trying to get a parcel delivered to the post office - local legend!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. As a local business we use them daily.
I would certainly challenge the individual who left a 1 star review and comment, as I was in the Post Office at the same time, and I can only say her manners and attitude left me stunned 😲

Just a friendly place to go! Since Carol took over this branch, she has consistently gone the extra mile whenever I have visited. I had no idea that I could do my personal and business banking through the Post Office and it's so easy. The branch is always clean and the retail stock well presented. all the staff are chatty and friendly. We all have different experiences in life. I have enough experience of this branch under it's new ownership to say it's utterly delightful to visit and be able to have a chat! Thank you!
