He never stopped for over 30 minutes, a credit to himself and the store. I hope he got paid extra as he definitely went above and beyond normal service when I was there.

Several times i have been upsold and overcharged when for example asking for first class signed for, both the male and female owners try to sell you special delivery at £9.99 for a letter when I've asked specifically for first class signed for/recorded. As i say this is just one example, they have on more than occasion attempted to overcharge for parcel delivery and take it upon themselves to add on additional insurance when not requested. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY, THIS IS NOT ABOUT YOU HAVING A RESPONSIBILITY IN HAVING TO FIND THE APPROPRIATE SERVICE FOR YOUR CUSTOMER, AS I SAY, EVEN AFTER HAVING REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR A SPECIFIC SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES YOU STILL GO AHEAD AND CHARGE FOR A MORE EXPENSIVE SERVICE.
