Condescending, sarcastic, smug (even when they are wrong and then squirm with embarrassment) and quite frankly useless at their job, constantly giving out incorrect information. They act as if they are above the customers, which is hilarious as all they do is scan parcels 🤣 Out of the 5/6 workers I have seen in the past 5 years or so, only 1 of them isn’t all of the above. Avoid unless desperate.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
