- JTJo TaylorOct 1, 20251.0This shop post office has gone from bad to worse, since been taken over the staffing is insufficient therefore staff are being made to cover both busy desks with postoffice customers and a bust convenience store. The staff are under pressure therefore some are displaying in patience, snappy behaviour to customers and rudeness. One member of staff called for help a young lad with a baseball cap game to assist unfortunately he was dismissive unhelpful and his attitude was awful therefore the situation was made more stressful. I only went to collect a parcel Was told it was not there, when i tried to explain I had 3 parcels and had been notified by apps i was spoken over …. Ignored when asked a question. When i couldn't wait any longer, I said excuse me I will come back later, i was shouted after at how many parcels they had to sort through. Lost confidence in this store, poorly run. Will avoid at all costs! It’s such a shame as it was local efficient and the staff were always helpful and pleasant ! Not any more To be clear I don’t think it’s the staff more the management here ! And the New owners
