I went in here and was told Parcel to large so tried another servicebut went to the liscard branch for them to tell me they should have took it, wasn't to large at all. Not only that I paid money into my bank and an hour later someone had attempted to withdraw money (twice), knew my pin luckily paid all my bills when I left shop was nothing to withdraw. I had my card so had been cloned! Last place I'd used it.
And like other people have commented the fella looks at you like he cannot be bothered.

Awful awful post office. Go to the liscard post office instead. Really disappointing customer service. The staff were extremely rude, unhelpful and repeatedly talked over me when trying to ask for some help with a missing parcel.

Poor customer service. Went there two times to collect my parcel but they say they dont have it. When I show them the delivery address they make up silly reasons. I dont recommend them at all. I won't go there again.

Worst post office ever. I got a parcel delivered here so that I would be able to collect it after work. I got sent the notification and the QR code to say it was delivered to this Post Office on the Monday. I attended on the Tuesday, they said they didn't have it, I tried again on the Wednesday and they again said they didn't have it. I contacted DPD and the APP, Website, DPD customer service and also the seller, all stated that all the tracking information and GPS of the driver, shows that it was at this post office. Again, they have denied having the package and refused to look properly for it in the shop. I am now out of pocket and trying to get a refund from the supplier.
There had piles of packages all over the shop floor, all behind the counter, all over the counter and floor to ceiling in the back. I have spoke to other customers in this post office who have had the same issue with these clowns. They are not organised and do not know what they are doing. The customer service they provide is a joke, they are the reason as to why the Royal Mail is failing. I would avoid at all costs.
