The woman in particular seems to treat smiling as an optional extra unfortunately, basic manners appear to be in the same category. Will not be returning I am disgusted at customer service.

Not only that I paid money into my bank and an hour later someone had attempted to withdraw money (twice), knew my pin luckily paid all my bills when I left shop was nothing to withdraw. I had my card so had been cloned! Last place I'd used it. And like other people have commented the fella looks at you like he cannot be bothered.
