- GSGurjivan SohalApr 7, 20261.0I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a more incompetent post office, staff members haven’t got a clue and have no urgency. Always a queue and 1 staff member working there. Mood on their face. Close early half the time, equipment is always broken, self machines completely out of order, broken barriers, bits of tape all over the machines and screens. Staff are downright rude most of the time. Honestly wonder who runs this place! You’ve got to do better.

Waited 45 minutes at 9am on a weekday near the front of a queue of over 30 people, with all three self-service machines out of order and only one of the four staffed counters open. Irate customers were being very patient with the one staff member who was visibly stressed, and closed her counter in tears while another took over. Poor woman. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
