Great post office and shop. Staff are very helpful and welcoming!
On the website it says Post Office is open on Sundays. When I went in on the Sunday it was actually closed. Maybe needs amending on line!

do NOT send parcels or receive them from this post office, half of the time you can never collect or receive them, it also comes with no warning on when the post office can work again

Well, I hope the staff never put that they were punctual on their CVs when applying for their jobs, because that's something they are not. The Post Office is meant to open at 9am, yet by 9:15, the lights are still off and no one has come in. I wouldn't be fussed if this was a one off but this has happened so many times when I've come to post something before I go to work. Which, by the way, if I was consistently late I'd be sacked.
Not only that, I've been accused of going to the wrong Post Office when collecting a Vinted parcel as the guy couldn't find it. So obviously I must be the problem, right? Wrong. The problem is probably the way they're storing their parcels, but what do I know. After showing him the email to prove that I was, in fact, at the right place, he had another rummage around and found the parcel. No apology, obviously. Lesson learned there, I'll spend a bit extra and get it sent to my home.
Tl;dr: Staff are consistently late, Post Office not open by 9am, can't find your parcels.

Visiting a family member in Worcester hospital and urgently needed to post some important documents to DVLA. Like a fool I was just going to post them 2nd class as cheaply as possible, but the polite and friendly cashier by the name of "Francis" noticed the delivery address and instantly suggested that because the documents inside contained my personal information I should really consider posting them more securely and get them tracked and signed for. I pondered for a moment and instantly agreed. If Francis hadn't have explained the secure options I would have just posted them without tracking or signed for and who knows what might have happened. 10/10 to Francis. Very helpful man who certainly has got his eye on the ball. Highly recommended. Stephen Ward.
