- RSRhian SteffensenMar 13, 20261.0I rang the Areley kings post office phone number on Wednesday 11th March to inquire about the closing time and was spoken to very rudely and abruptly on the phone then was hung up on. I subsequently picked up my parcel (at approximately 5.20pm) and I was served by a young brunette who was possibly the rudest and most abrupt person I’ve ever experienced. She was not only very unfriendly and unhelpful but proceeded to slam my parcel on the counter after having spoken to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. After I left the shop, two customers that had been in line behind me came out and told me they were astonished by how rude this woman was to me and how they constantly experience awful customer service off this particular staff member. I was made to feel like a complete inconvenience even though I was very polite whilst waiting with my baby. The gentleman who normally works there and who usually serves me is incredibly friendly and helpful and I was taken aback by this woman’s appalling customer service. I suggest that if she doesn’t like her job she should find another!
