She had the form & had been the week previous being told she needed to xancel her lost one. And! That communication was with Andy. What an absolute pleasure it was to converse with him & explain the issue. He advised all that was needed on her appointment, I did explain a friend would be taking her. He gave me reassurance he would deal with it and he did exactly that. What an absolute professional throughout the whole process. His customer service skills were exemplary & nothing was too much trouble. He is an absolute credit to both the company & the branch. Redditch has a diamond there with this manager at this branch and he can be commended for his excellent service đź‘Ź
