Reliable and efficient service
I use this Post Office regularly to send my Royal Mail parcels. The service is always quick, smooth, and friendly. Parcels are handled properly and passed to couriers on time.
I trust this place and never had any issues. Highly recommended.

The post office says you can pay in £250 in coins, but these will only let you do two bags, wasted my time and fuel. He tried lying to me and saying you have to use a main post office. When I told him I know that's not true, he admitted he'd put his own sign up and not following the rules. I think you either follow the post office rules, or don't be a post office. Fortunately another branch in Batchley did it without question.

I have used Mount Pleasant as my local shop for over a decade after moving to the area. In more recent years I have used the store for other services, such as banking, as services have been removed from the town centre. Also, helped in finding the best and most affordable price for international packages.
Management and staff are friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. It can be described as a step back in time, as they get to know you engage in conversation and make you feel part of the community..... a real local store.
Sharon is a true character, flying about the store.
