Lady at the normal till not bothered about the online time which a customer suggested be changed. Her response 'we can't change it' That's it.

What's the point in having a post office if they aren't going to be open and this sort of thing happens alot and there was 2 staff on the tills, there was no sign saying they are closed from 14:00pm until 15:00pm

Waited 1 hr after night shift to pick up my Parcel. Arrived got told PO closed! Not a reliable Service. Will be finding another Location to get my Parcels redirected too. Not a happy Customer!
