Horrible attitude on the old lady with the black hair behind the till, she saw me put my parcel beside the desk because it was a large e-bay return, I provided her with the QR code to scan for the sticker and she gave me an arsey tone of voice and gestured with her hands and said “well where is it!?” I pointed to it as she knew it was there because when she saw me in the queue with it she rolled her eyes at the parcel. Upon scanning the parcel she asks me to weigh the parcel on this tiny scale, baring in mind the man before me had QR codes which were scanned and labelled without weighing. She got me to place my massive parcel on top of this tiny scale and just shook her head and said “no” and I said “what am I supposed to do then because this is the return qr code provided” she said “I don’t know what to tell you, you’ll have to buy a parcel force collection” I said I’m not paying for the return it’s an automated return generated by E-bay, it was sent by Royal Mail I don’t understand why it can’t be sent back using Royal Mail. She just told me there is nothing they can do. Horrible attitude, horrible service, she either has no knowledge in her job as I doubt I’m the first person to have a parcel to big for their A4 scale, or she just has no interest in helping people.
