I needed to send 14 parcels for my business customers, was told there was a 2 parcel per day limit per person (I called Royal Mail Head Office who confirmed I'd been given false information and that no such rule was in place). Total waste of my time and my customers. In the end I went with Hermes. Rude, unhelpful and untrustworthy. AVOID!
