My wife often reminds me that most of the staff are really nice, and I completely agree. The more mature lady in there is absolutely lovely and always helpful.
However, I’ve now chosen not to use the Post Office on three occasions when a certain member of staff has been on duty. I’d genuinely rather pay the extra 30p and book collection through Royal Mail online, where my postman is always polite, helpful and happy to assist.
Customer service is what keeps people coming back. Manners and kindness cost nothing, but they make all the difference.
The one star is for a member of staff that represents the store.

Took a parcel to this post office, was made to unpack my parcel in front of other customers as I was told it needed to go in a paper bag rather than a box. Then watched the staff member struggle to get it in the paper bag and give up. My parcel was then sent with the label on the product with no outer packaging. No explanation why this was needed before it could be accepted but decided to go with it, avoid if possible.
