- JMJon MayNov 26, 20251.0Absolutely shocking customer service today, staff have no customer service skills at all, argumentative to another customer then refused to take my pre paid parcel today questioning the size, since the refit and moving the counter the good staff have left it is almost as if having the Post Office is a chore for the staff / Morrisons will go to Stourport in future the staff are amazing.

Tried to speak to the lady behind the glass to ask and she said I could see that the position was closed and that she was busy. Exceptionally rude and condescending. Once I've collected my parcel, I won't be using them ever again. Just unnecessary.

- WRWilliam ReadApr 15, 20172.0Visiting Bewdley for the first time, I entered the Post Office at 0900hrs. on Saturday. and was finally served at 0925hrs. The staff member was doing a first class job, but was overwhelmed; a public holiday the previous day, and on Monday, meant it was busy. But there were three cashier positions in the office, so why were more staff not arranged to cope with the demand, which must have been foreseen? A small post office counter in the centre of the shop was unused, staff nearby were available, but did not respond to the ever growing queue. McColl newsagents and the Post Office need to review staffing at this office.
