Staff always seem more interested in having conversations with them selves or other customers (usually half way across the store) than they do talking/interacting with the customer they should be serving. Always grumpy I don’t go there unless I have too

The staff are always grumpy and it takes ages to get served. I was try and go the post office in Barnards Green whigh operates as a traditional post office and care about customer service.
