I stood in line today and heard the Postmaster serve three people, with equal attention, enthusiasm and care. Then onto me with exactly the same. He was attentive, polite and extremely helpful - hence my travelling to this PO to use it. Keep up the wonderful work

Andy has always been notably friendly on the few occasions i have been to his Post Office but today he excelled. I couldn’t get to the Post Office before closing at 3 pm. I called to ask if they could leave the parcel (non valuable) somewhere safe so I could pick it up or with a neighbouring business. Whilst I now appreciate he is not allowed to do this, even though I was 20-30 mins away, he offered to wait around to enable me to collect the parcel that I needed for an event that evening. A wonderfully kind gesture and one that didn’t go unnoticed, thank you so much.
