Need to renew driving licence. Incredibly complicated DVLA website procedure not working, and after queueing for 10 minutes I was told by this post office that they had run out of D1 application forms and to return a week later. The Post Office told me that I could download the form from the DVLA website.... not true.
Also understaffed and service very slow.

Sorry to say, the pace is truly unbelievable. It might be a mix of lack of staff and customers going to the tills unprepared but I'm afraid this is literally the slowest queues ever experienced in a post office, and it's not the first time

Got to be the one of the worst post offices in the country. Always massive queues, slow staff, slowly typing address details in when everything barcoded, permanently broken self service machines (2+ years) and people can cut the queue to get travel money.
