The most rudest person I have ever come across. She has absolutely no people skills & no manners. Even tweedle D and Tweedledum her two assistants are the same. They start talking in their own language which is bloody rude. This woman is so tight rather than give me a piece of Sellotape , she said she didn’t have any. Out right told me to buy some. I brought two over priced Sellotapes the week at her shop.
I spent a lot of money in this shop.
This post office is local for me.
Trust me if I could avoid coming here I would.

Seems to be closed quite a lot at the moment, even outside of official striking days. Doesn't accept after a certain time (quite early in the morning) without any notice, just a note on the door. The lady behind the desk can be quite miserable and cold with you even if you're nice to them and pretty short with you if you get something wrong (sometimes to point of rudeness). She won't help you if she can. It costs nothing to be nice. Perhaps being a little humble will do them a few favors and make the world a little brighter?
Please can there be a point of information online to see if the post office is open or closed (inside of normal hours) online? It's getting a little frustrating to walk 30 minutes to the PO to see a hand written note saying closed (when it shouldn't be).

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
