I very rarely use this post office, simply because the woman behind the counter is the most unhelpful and miserable person ever !
I went there today to return some items. The system was down. She couldn’t tell me this, just pointed to a sign and looked at me like I was stupid. I asked when it would working.
I don’t know, maybe tomorrow. No I’m sorry about this, and she can’t even crack a smile.
I then asked to pay a cheque on and she was even more unhelpful. The lady behind me in the queue offered to show me how to do this on my app. She was more helpful than the staff.
I will not be going back, on principal. How they keep the business going with their attitude and lack of customer service, is beyond me. Even the lady behind me agreed.
If I could give minus stars I would.

The most rudest person I have ever come across. She has absolutely no people skills & no manners. Even tweedle D and Tweedledum her two assistants are the same. They start talking in their own language which is bloody rude. This woman is so tight rather than give me a piece of Sellotape , she said she didn’t have any. Out right told me to buy some. I brought two over priced Sellotapes the week at her shop.
I spent a lot of money in this shop.
This post office is local for me.
Trust me if I could avoid coming here I would.

The amount you can withdraw in a Post Office branch will depend on any withdrawal limits in place on the specific account you hold with your bank. If you’re unsure, please contact your bank directly to check.
Do I get charged for making cash withdrawals at Post Office?
No charges are taken at the counter however some banks may charge.

How do I deposit a cheque at Post Office?
To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:
*The cheque

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
